Our team of experts are adept at conducting terrestrial evaluations for a variety of activities including land development, conservation, land covenants, restoration and control of pest species. Our expertise also encompasses most terrestrial taxonomic groups including mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates and plants.
Bioscientific Solutions Ltd scientists incorporate accepted and specialised evaluation procedures, site quality indices and sampling techniques appropriate to each taxonomic group being investigated and tailored specifically to the needs of our clients. We are able to undertake a wide range of resource management surveys, environmental monitoring and surveillance, habitat restoration and assessments of environmental effects.
Based on the findings of field surveys, advice is provided on best management practices and overall site management to aid in the consenting process, management of covenanted land or reserves and appropriate overall site terrestrial management plans. These plans can be species lead (i.e. species recovery plans, translocation plans, pest management), or site lead, encompassing an entire site.
